The Litchfield Group was commissioned to construct 12 unique low carbon homes at Brookwood Farm, Woking using for the first time on this scale its three-step system for the building envelope – Sheerframe windows, Masterdor doors and ICF Tech walls. We were tasked with devising and delivering an ongoing campaign throughout the build to ensure The Litchfield Group maximised the publicity opportunity to associate its system with low and zero carbon home-building.

We achieved extensive coverage over a two-year period at all stages of the build including feature articles in Building Products, Local Authority Building & Maintenance (LABM), Building Innovations and 24Housing. We also helped secure a third party ‘best practice’ case study with the Zero Carbon Hub.
