The Brief

Founded in 2015 by Scott and Fiona Conor, Trust Electric Heating is an innovative provider of sustainable heating solutions for homes and businesses. The company's advanced range of research-led electric heating products makes heating more cost-effective and efficient, supporting the UK’s drive toward carbon neutrality.  

We won the pitch to support Trust Electric Heating thanks to our long-standing building products and property & construction sector experience, with an aim to put the company on the map and raise its profile in the commercial space. 
 

The Campaign

To generate consistent and effective media exposure for the company, we focused our approach on PR and media relations within both local and trade press. 

By working closely with the in-house marketing team and management team to understand the wider business and marketing strategies, we were able to identify media opportunities that supported company growth and fed into the wider news agenda. 

With Net Zero, energy prices, and decarbonisation being at the forefront of the mainstream media, our campaign allowed Trust Electric Heating to join ongoing conversations and offer valuable insight to help drive change in the industry.

The Results

Our media relations campaign delivered consistent monthly exposure in relevant outlets to raise Trust Electric Heating’s profile among key audiences. We focused on crafting targeted content that showcased the company’s growth, innovation, and passion, as well as providing in-depth thought leadership pieces to help drive sustainability and support Net Zero conversations. 

On average, we secured four pieces of media coverage per month, reaching an audience of over 90,000. The coverage included positive news stories about the company's growth and in-depth thought leadership pieces focused on current industry events.

Overall, our campaign resulted in greater brand awareness for Trust Electric Heating, really putting the company on the map.
